1. What is the Van Schaik Rewards Programme?
This is an opportunity for Van Schaik Bookstore customers to get access to benefits reserved for only members. You will have access to a range of rocking rewards, such as freebies during specific promotions as well as special offers on textbooks, general books, stationery, electronic products and lifestyle items. You will also get access to member only competitions. Members will receive communication and invitations about any special offers, promotions and competitions from Van Schaik Bookstore or partners.
2. Why join?
The Van Schaik Rewards Programme card gives members access to exclusive offers on selected products sold by Van Schaik Bookstore or adhoc rewards and offers from programme partners as negotiated from time to time.
To take advantage of member-only special offers and benefits, members must present their Van Schaik Bookstore Reward Programme card at the point of sale before payment.

3. How do I become a member?
You can become a member by filling out an application form available at any Van Schaik Store countrywide and submit it at the store. On signed-up you will receive a Van Schaik Rewards Programme card and you can start to collect reward points.
4. How do I earn points?
Every purchase is an opportunity to earn reward points. By presenting your Van Schaik Rewards card at the time of purchase in a Van Schaik Bookstore, members will accumulate reward points at a rate of 1 point per R100 spent (excluding online purchases at www.vanschaik.com).
5. Who can apply?
Membership is open to all Van Schaik Bookstore customers.
6. Will my personal information be safe with you?
Van Schaik Bookstore will not share your information with any 3rd party.
7. When will my reward points expire?
It will expire within 24 months.
8. What happens if I lose my card?
You need to go in-store to fill out a new application form and a new card will be issued to you.
9. Can I look up my points balance?
Not as yet. We will inform you as soon as the functionality is ready.
10. What kind of information can I expect from Van Schaik Bookstore?
We will inform you about special offers, discounts, new products, competitions and advice that is relevant to your life.
