Hyphens are only used in “A–Z” titles and historical dates.

When can I expect delivery?

Estimated delivery times vary by location and stock availability. You'll see the ETA at checkout, but here’s a general guide:

  • Main centers: 3–5 working days
  • Outlying areas: 5–7 working days
  • You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order is on its way.

eBooks:

  • Delivered via your e-reader application using a code or token.
  • Make sure you test your preferred app before purchase.
  • Note: eBooks may differ slightly in layout or page numbers from physical books.

Ebooks are delivered within the e-reader application related to the ebook purchased. The item purchased is usually called a "code" or "token" that is redeemed within the e-reader application.
