Delivery options

Express (1 working day)

  • Ideal for urgent, time-sensitive orders.
  • Delivers the morning after collection in major centres.
  • Best for small packages (1–2 kg).

Budget (1–2 working days)

  • Perfect for less urgent orders.
  • Applies to parcels between 3–7 kg.
  • Slightly longer for outlying areas.

Road freight (2–4 working days)

  • Great for bulky and heavier shipments.
  • Cost-effective and reliable.
  • Delivery delays may apply to regional areas.

International deliveries

Delivery areas explained

  • Major Centres include: Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Port Elizabeth, East London, George, Bloemfontein, Nelspruit (Mbombela), and Polokwane.
  • Regional Areas are outside major centres. These may face delays and are typically serviced on scheduled days (e.g., Mon/Wed/Fri or weekly).

Important delivery notes

Help us deliver without delay.

  • Provide a complete daytime address (work or home), including:
    • Building or complex name.
    • Floor or flat number.
    • Street name and suburb.
  • Include your company/organisation name (if applicable).
  • A cellphone number helps with coordination.
  • For deliveries to estates or secure complexes, supply access codes or notify security in advance to prevent delays.
